Holy Bibles in a Digital World

We celebrate the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible this year.

Where can you find a good Bible online? Some would suggest any Bible is a good one, but some web sites have more to offer than others when it comes to an online Bible. The best sites have mobile versions, study tools, maps, transliteration, voice narration and lots of translations and other tools, for free.

One standout from the crowd are the sites developed by Peter Coad. Check out http://greattreasures.org/ and the rest of the Scripture Network.

  6. Bible.is fantastic interface
  7. Mbible.com simple, easy to read from any device
  8. Bible Study Tools reading plans and lots of versions
  9. Bible.org Net Bible
  10. eBible - search engine style
  11. Heartlight Search God's Word
  12. AudioBible to listen online
  13. Lifeway & their MyStudyBible with great point and click transliteration/meaning on each word
  14. Greek Bible but it's Greek to me
  15. Biblos.com Bible.cc is huge with great tools and many, many languages
  16. GloBible for a fee but worth it and highly interactive
  17. Blue Letter Bible 
  18. Bible.com because the name is easy to remember
  19. Douay Rheims Roman Catholic bible
  20. Bible Ocean a Bible on every device with mobile options
